Taste of Autumn 2017

Our Taste of Autumn Committee and Hockley Valley Resort Executive Chef, John Paul Adamo, are working on a wonderful harvest menu for this year's event. To give you an idea of the quality you can expect, here is the menu from our 2016 event.

Kabocha squash & maple crema, fall leaves, cured tomatoes, toasted pecans, Adamo Estate Riesling, vinaigrette, crispy shallots
